Sonic Centrifugal Blowers raise pressure by compressing the outlet air to as much as 3.5 PSI. This results in a natural heat of compression temperature rise averaging 45 deg F which assists in the drying process. Unlike that of compressed air, water is not condensed into the air stream and in fact, Sonic Air Knife Systems are effectively drying products in the most humid plant environments where cold compressed air is always a problem. Additionally, for the most demanding product drying challenges, Sonic Air Knife air can be re-circulated through the Sonic Blower for enhanced drying capacity.
