Sonic has defined product drying into three categories; Industrial Drying, Precision Drying and Critical Drying. For the Critical drying category, drying quality and cleanliness of the finished product are often indistinguishable by their mutual importance to the end result. Sonic can always guarantee the drying quality that we design for but, foreign particles introduced onto the product are as much to do with the air quality entering the Sonic blower as they are the-albeit minute-contamination that the blower could produce. The Sonic In-Line HEPA Filter solves all of that. Designed to flow up to 1000 CFM at a pressure drop of only1.5’ H20 and filter 99.997% of all particles measuring 0.3 microns or larger, this Sonic innovation filters in-line after the outlet of the Sonic Blower. Unlike the common practice of putting a HEPA filter on the blower inlet, which is much less expensive and easier, the Sonic HEPA ensures the integrity of the HEPA requirement by not allowing any potential contamination from the blower as well as the inlet air environment.
