Orian Rugs, a leading manufacturer of decorative area and scatter rugs, sought out a solution in their production process related to irregular thickness along the seam caused by over-laid carpet piles during sewing. Orian Rugs implemented the Sonic Air Nozzle and Nozzle Manifolds System to address these challenges, powered by a Sonic Centrifugal Blower. The system was designed to blow the carpet edges to one side, providing easy sewing access and eliminating the need for rework due to irregular thickness along the seam.
