The Sonic Air Systems blower sound enclosure is a smart add-on designed to protect and enhance the performance of industrial blowers in noise-sensitive or demanding environments. Made for both indoor and outdoor use, this stainless steel blower housing creates a cleaner, quieter workspace while shielding the centrifugal blower from dust, moisture, and debris. It integrates easily with Sonic’s standard blower models and adds value in industries like food processing, automotive manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and electronics, where reliability, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance are critical. By isolating the blower in a ventilated, filtered environment, the enclosure not only improves air quality but also contributes to longer equipment life and better operational efficiency.
Installed after the blower discharge and paired with the standard blower inlet filter, Sonic’s inline HEPA filter makes a “True HEPA filtration” circuit that filters air for your knives or nozzles to 0.3 micron. It handles up to 1,000 CFM (28 CMM) at 2 psi.
Motor starters, soft starters and variable frequency drives for Sonic blowers, mounted on the blower enclosure or custom built. Options include variable speed, soft start and stop, and fault monitoring for voltage irregularities and motor overloads.
A two-stage intake filter for dusty plants where Sonic’s standard cartridge loads up too fast. Two panel pre-filters trap large debris, then a 2 micron cartridge captures finer particles. Rated up to 1,100 CFM (34 m³/min).
Prepackaged mobile blowers on a chassis with 4 in (102 mm) casters, built to order with a complete blower enclosure. Options include motor starters or custom controls, wash down duty filter covers, a HEPA filter, a handheld blow-off nozzle and nozzle hoses in assorted lengths.
