Exceed Sanitation Standards with Sonic’s Food Grade In-Line HEPA Filters

Reliably filter dust, molds, bacteria, and any airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns

The Sonic HEPA filter (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) was designed to provide our customers with a "True HEPA filtration" plumbing circuit. "True HEPA filtration" refers to a plumbing circuit which features the standard blower inlet filter with the addition of an in-line HEPA filter. By integrating it after the blower's discharge, it guarantees that the air feeding the air knives or nozzles is filtered to 0.3 micron.

Sonic has supplied in-line HEPA filter assemblies to many of our customers worldwide. They are designed to suit any critical cleanliness application where air is blowing directly onto food products, food contact surfaces, medical devices, and any other product where 99.97% sanitary air is required.

Ensuring Ultra-Clean Air for Sensitive Applications

Sonic’s HEPA filters for food processing play a critical role in risk management strategies, offering an added layer of protection against product recalls, production delays, and customer dissatisfaction caused by invisible contaminants.

This filter also supports sustainable manufacturing goals by extending the life of downstream equipment and reducing the need for frequent cleanings or part replacements. From preventing cross-contamination in batch processing to enabling longer production cycles between maintenance intervals, it contributes to overall process efficiency and quality assurance.
